BELLE LANE

Belle Lane is a barrister from the Victorian Bar. Belle has worked in family law since her admission to practice in 1994. Belle has appeared as counsel in a number of cases involving gender dysphoria, acting for the parents who wish to medically transition the child, parents who oppose and appearing as counsel for the Independent Children’s Lawyer.  Belle also prepared an extensive paper for the Family Court setting out in some detail the complexity of the issues facing parents, children and the Family Courts.
